It is possible to change deeply the geography of this planet with few concepts such as Geodesy, Space, Energy and Water. The whole present insights and views on the environmental state of the planet will be drastically reconsidered and humankind instead of threatening its own frame of living that is indeed its own survival would conversely ensure its safety with the expectation of comfortably doubling or tripling its population in the next thousands and thousands of years.

The mission at Geopolitical Otherwise is to develop, spread share and carry out ideas such as: Geopolitical dream. Based on the foregoing, most of my ideas can only be fully unorthodox in every field, scientific, technical, social and especially geopolitical. With my approach, the first immediate, urgent and vital task would be the systematic solving of all issues related to the present conflicts that make the planet a hell for most of its inhabitants and not even a heaven for the remaining few happy.

As a translator, I use mainly the three languages English, German and French that have a long common past history. My preferred pair is Ger – Fr, the most difficult is En – Fr as the French language has not the same roadway as English with respect to technological terminology.

Between 1977 and 2006, I worked at the National Institute of Cartography of Algiers dealing with various tasks of maintaining, developing, using, operating software dedicated to geodesy, photogrammetry, mapping,topography, remote-sensing, satellite techniques applied to geodesy and navigation, gravimetry and the determination of the geoid, all these subjects worked out through the use and development of huge applications software written mainly in the Fortran language.

Topography, Photogrammetry, Geodesy In 1973-1975, I went in Paris at the IGN, Institut Géographique National where I attended the lectures of the cycle of the “ingénieurs des travaux” for becoming engineer in the geographical sciences.

Obtained as degree the French licence in mathematics (equivalent to a bachelor of sciences): Diplôme d’Etudes Approfondies or Degree in Advanced Studies in Functional Analysis dedicated to partial differential equations, Fourier analysis, pseudo-differential operators and differential geometry .
