This position involved the development of business and dening strategic resolutions for current issues and the future of the company. This involvement requires team building, communication with partners, and strategic decision making to make sure growth of the company.

This position tasked me with deciding the least cost routing for routing the calls to different destinations to keep the ow of revenue. This task required analysis of routing cost and minimizing the downtime almost to zero percentage by ensuring availability of the networks which helps me to improve my skills to work under pressure and decision making.

In this job I was responsible for leading the team of Network Operation Center to ensure that the networking system runs efficiently without interruption, the procedure followed carefully and implemented properly. Work involved communicating with the management team, business team, and clients. Leadership and communication power was the key to get the job done.

In this position, I got the opportunity to work more practically with the machines to apply all the theoretical knowledge I gained through my engineering courses. It required the understanding of protocols for mobile communications and implemented them in developing best network solutions. Work involved configuring switches, media gateways, and routers. I received praise for contribution in network design and implementation.

In this position I worked as a 1st Level Support for suppliers and carriers, acted as a connecting point between customers and back oce and generated trouble ticket (TT) to arouse issue and troubleshoot them. Teamwork and continuous learning of algorithms and protocols of mobile communication was part of this work.
