As part of my work, I was responsible for the following main tasks: • Free orders from suppliers • Documentation • Plan, coordinate and monitor the prototype parts production • Participation in the SE (Simultaneous Engineering) team Used Tools: SAP MM, Excel and PowerPoint incl. VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) Script Programming

As an intern, I supported the Product Data Management team with self-developed MS Excel databases. Some exercises: • Excel VBA Programming (connections with LotusNotes/PowerPoint Tools) • Creating presentations about car projects for management performance • Project management skills/Data tracking After my internship, I created my Bachelor Thesis Work at the same department with the following title: “Automatization of creating project reports.”

It was a great possibility to get an insight into the tasks of the engineers. I worked at the department of Whole Vehicle Development. The energy management team handled projects in topic driving cycles like NEFZ. I supported the team with my work.

I coordinated programs, which was organized for exchange students at the Széchenyi István University. I was a mentor for two exchange students. I helped them to do the necessary administration tasks at our university. It was more then a job, it was fun, because I could get to know a lot of people from all over the world.
