  Had a role of evangelist in a company (Upstream) to implement new business-model of commercialization technology;   Launched a pilot to set up a joint venture with a selected Partner to realize business model and manage cross-functional team (more than 20 people);   Identified business-models of commercialization to roll out a portfolio of IT-products (more than 10 products).

  Compiled and set forth needs, developed technical requirements for design concept of crab vessel and action plans of to eliminate deviations/risks of the projects;   Accomplished tenders, negotiations and audit of more than 30 suppliers such as Russian shipyards, European design bureaus, vendors of BA;   Developed and concluded shipbuilding’s contracts for the new fleet (finance, legal, term sheet) including controlling over the performance of contractual obligations with a drawing up budgets of 300 mln $

  Build up effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communications with Uzbekistan client and European supplier teams and maintained long-term relationships with project stakeholders;   Simultaneously realized 4 complex engineering projects of building confectionery factories and integrated equipment of various vendors more than 20 in one production line with budgets from 2 mln $ to 60 mln $;   Participated in presales negotiations as a result of which were signed four Contracts with Clients.

  Effectively implemented 2 pilot organizational projects in Russian units of Upstream and 2 projects for the Middle East region which enabled smoothly to start operation (6 months in Erbil);   Organized and conducted more than 5 effective workshops, retreats with cross-functional stakeholders and functional leaders in Dubai, Saint Petersburg, Erbil;   Complied and developed presentation materials in strategic planning of company and for the purpose of regular communication with executive management.

  In time and in the budget realized and put into operation 3 lager integrated projects with budgets from 5 mln $ to 215 млн.$;   Organized successful multiple communications with stakeholders, suppliers, and public authorities.   Assembled, led and motivated multi-disciplinary and cross-functional project teams ranging from 5 to 20.
