ABG Retail underwent a business transformation exercise for the More Megastore network. Thane More Megastore is in a critical competitive landscape with competition sharing the pie. Hence More had to differentiate to make customers switch their baskets. Objective of the stint is: a) Consumer Insight mining b) Retail Analysis of the transformation exercise using basic analytics and arrive at actionable and Identify the critical unlocks

Handled Training and Development (part of Corporate HR) at Ashok Leyland Management Development Center, Hosur. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, placement,design of curriculum and coordinating (including documentation) of the training activities pertaining to training of fresh recruits into Ashok Leyland (Both Graduates and Diploma Engineers).Coordinate curriculum designing of training for apprentices as well.

Representative of Defense Quality at Vehicle Factory Jabalpur. VFJ manufactures Ashok Leyland's STALLION - Major Logistic vehicle for the Indian Army. In charge of Quality of vehicles produced on behalf of Ashok Leyland at VFJ campus (On Site).

Production In Charge of Cylinder Head Machining for a year (P15 Engines fitted in AL NISSAN DOST 1.25 tonne LCV)

4 months of Techno Managerial training, 4 months project in Value Stream Mapping for Engine Machine Shop and 4 months part of Supply Chain Ownership Team and Managed supplies from suppliers to the OEM
