Provide legal assistance in elaborating documents by functional departments of the company that involve or may involve the patrimonial responsibility of the company. Advising the legality of projects in economical contracts, work contracts and mandate decisions and also the legality of any kinds of measures that engage or may engage the patrimonial responsibility of the company, to check formal and correct approvals: “Judicial legality visa.”

Clients assistance in the legal matter of sales contracts, mortgages, exchange contracts, legacy and other civil and comercial contracts. • edit the contracts and verify if the documents presented by the clients accoplish the requirements to perform the authentication procedure. • compute the tax and the notarry fee. • All kind of operations on client’s request. • Responsibility to report the dealings over 10.000 Eur and the suspect dealings to the standing commission etablished by the law no.656/2002.
