Provisioning of test systems on application level (manually or automated). • Development and improvement of automated system deployment processes (packaging, distribution, installation, testing). • Installation of test tools and other third-party software components. • Supporting developers and testers in error analysis and optimizations. • Specification and design of test automation processes. • Evaluation and selection of test automation tools. • Development and maintenance of automated test cases.

• Update Jenkins Jobs and Ansible scripts to improve the automation process or to integrate new requirements • Linux system administration and Oracle Database Administration • Identification of performance issues on production and testing systems

• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project • Creating and applying SQL DDL, DML and DCL Commands in postgreSQL, analyzing PHP code and suggest updates • Offer support via e-mail, phone or Zendesk tool for German customers and if needed training in how to use the company's software

• Explain the process and set customer’s expectations • Connect to client’s server remotely via WebEx and identify issues regarding the suitability of the site for upgrade, refer and review the issues with the client • Produce a realistic and comprehensive project plan for each upgrade • Implement the MQ upgrade outside of clinical hours • Update the Database on the Microsoft SQL Server • Run maintenance Scripts and create Jobs specific for each version • Microsoft Server administration

• Manage the database of German clients • Analyze requests send through mail or phone by the account managers or other departments from Germany that are involved in the process. • Extract Reports using Oracle • Automate the process with Macro • Create reports and document the process with Microsoft Office
