Developing & maintaining the business relationship with selected tier 4 resellers to increase HSM scanning run rate through distribution, introduce new products, and support reseller growth.

- Resolves product or service problems - Pre-sales assistance - Updating account information - Qualifying and prioritizing inquiries and escalating the opportunities created in Salesforce to Sales Department - Follow up with Sales Department - Responsible for posting news on Schneider Electric Romania website, Schneider Linkedin and Facebook global page

- Digital production processes and quality assurance during the digital conversion process - Using a variety of equipment to create the master files - Digital content management within traditional file systems as well as content management systems and digital access platforms - Entering collection data into the production database and assigning digital object names and keywords
