Responsible for: Providing guidance/ advice to managers and employees; Recruiting and selection of staff - including advertising and interviewing candidates; Administering new hires/leavers - generating offer packages, taking up references and issuing contracts; Maintaining personnel records; monitoring & recording absence and holidays; Preparing monthly payroll reports ; Ensuring that company policies and procedures are kept in line with legislation; Providing support for appraisals

Created an employee handbook and reviewed the discipline, grievance and paternity policies as part of CIPD CPP Project. Developed training, special Leave and drugs and alcohol policies, audited work eligibility in the UK for all staff, identified training needs from appraisals, reorganized HR files and helped in many other tasks such as: updating headcount and performance scorings charts, requested new starters work references, replied to unsuccessful candidates, etc.

Responsible for Recruiting, Training, Performance Management, Staff Development, Compensation and Benefits. Reported to Co-CEO’s in Buenos Aires and New York. Recruited staff from day 1, developed training plans. Responsible for Performance Management including salary reviews. Contributed to the implementation of a stock option plan for staff. Designed job descriptions. Responsible for personnel administration, including payroll, holiday and absence control, medical insurance and all legal documentation.
