Identify technical/business requirements, preparing proposals and technical presentations. Manage A2P SMS inbound traffic to Egypt via VMH (Vodafone Messaging Hub).

Propose Internet, VPN, IOT and International solutions over Vodafone MPLS Network using different last mile access technologies “Copper, Fiber, Radio, 3G, VSAT”. Listen carefully to customers, study their networks well to propose the best solutions. Document all customers agreed solutions using appropriate tools. Assist sales team during projects selling and project managers in projects delivery phase. Lead 3rd party vendors, partners and resellers where there is benefit for market.

Design tailored connectivity solutions for different enterprise customers in different sectors on Vodafone MPLS/3G Networks that insure the best quality and highest availability. Work closely with customers to get all needed technical information during design phase. Validate requests, provide costing, respond to tenders & manage E2E designs. Conduct proof-of-concept to demonstrate design technical capabilities. Lead technical presentation with customers to present Vodafone service and products.

Troubleshooting customers` issues within Vodafone MPLS/Mobile Network and escalate to concerned teams for quick resolution. Monitoring Customers links status and traffic utilization using Vodafone management tools. Working on different network devices (Routers, DSLAM, Switches, MUX, Modems, Converters) with different vendors (Cisco, Alcatel, Huawei, Juniper, Paradyne, 3com, Telindus, Huawei, Patton).
