-Worked towards a publication of a research paper on dating violence and its relationship with problem drinking and risky sexual behaviors. -Conducted literature reviews, statistical analyses and wrote a scientific paper. -Also worked in the application of a school-based dating violence prevention program at different educational institutions in San Diego.

GPA: 4.00 out of 4.00. Studied at San Diego State University (SDSU) in the USA for the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 semesters as part of the "Otros Destinos" international exchange program. Named for the Dean's List by the College of Sciences for both semesters.
