Setting up manufacturing processes and plant, supported by lean principles using project management techniques. - Adopting lean principles and tools in the shop floor. - Understanding and creating a process flow for assembly and commissioning. - Facilitating standard work and creation of work instructions. - Conducting action workout that is focused on the elimination of waste, and improve the quality and safety of working using traditional and agile project management techniques.

Involved in a project with the following tasks: - Finding an enterprise resource planning software to handle process planning and project management activity of the company. - The project was carried out through 'agile project management technique.'

- Time and method study - Handling continuous improvement process - Handling engineering change note through PTC Windchill - Master data creation in SAP - Value stream mapping - Planning activities such as creation of purchase requisition, manufacturing order variance, machine planning etc. through SAP
