-Review and analysis of client requirements and other project docomentation. -Creating of Test-Cases. -Testing according to test cases or specification. - Defect registration according to a procedure defect tracing. -verification of fixed bugs.

-provide assistance in installing and maintaining of the developed software; - solving customers problems and writinig short intelligible instructions via e-mail; - control and consulting novice troupers; - participation on department projects.
