My main experience with Energy Management, I acquires in 2009 during my acting at CONTAX Contact Center as “Energy Specialist”, the biggest Contact Center of Brazil with more them 60,000 Employees Distributing on 40 Sites, where I was responsible to manage nationally the continuous improvement and Expenses Reduction of the Energy Consumption.

In 2008, I accepted the challenge to work as “Project Manager” at OI Mobile Telecom, inside the team responsible to perform the company mobile network in Sao Paulo state, which was challenger due the short time of execution the installation about 3000 New Radio Bases in Sao Paulo state as 4th local carrier.

Responsible for all physical infrastructure, with a multidisciplinary team composed by approximately 50 employees, including Engineers and Technicians. As part of my responsibilities, Management the Service Level Agreement, Operational Budget, Continuous Improvement and interaction with diverse productive level of the Data Center to support of the Sales Department to development of the Technical Solutions for new clients.
