At Darwin, I do Contract Mangagement (CM), Payroll and Compliance.

As a Contract Manger at Q-Perior, I am responsible for creating, optimizing, delivering and docummenting of contracts for our external consultants. I am a part of contractual negotiations with potential subcontractors, as well as the maintanence of various work-permits and registration certificates regarding their deployment. Through a high level of quality-control, I make sure that the deployment of our consultants is contractually covered.

I worked as a customer service agent for the global mealkit delivery service HelloFresh and HelloFreshGO. Within this position, I answered service-inquiries from German, Austrian and Swiss customers through e-mail, chated and phone. I worked in a multinational team based in Zagreb, Croatia and Sarajevo, B&H in solving customer issues and through this, ensure quality of company processes, goods and a smooth and successful leadership of HelloFresh in the German-speaking market and worldwide.

I was administering Save the Children International's response to the situation with child migrants, creating, organizing and supporting Child Safe Spaces (CFSs), Mother and Baby Corners (MBCs), assessing the safety for child migrants in migrants hubs in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as assessing residential capacities in the country, planning, coordinating and executing programming for children on the Bosnian branch of the migration route.

Worked as a Humanity in Action Pat Cox fellow at the Office of MEP Mr. Eduard Kukan from Slovakia, within the European Parliament. I used my expertise on Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Western Balkans region to brief the office on daily events in Western Balkans, followed committee and group meetings, did research on specific areas of interest, co-organized events, answered the phone and helped maintain a constructive and productive environment in the office.
