Industrial Division

Development of new products and applications to the Industrial Division (Off-Highway, Power Transmisssion, Highway e Heavy Industry). Technical support to the customers regarding existing applications or new developments. Technical support to the Sales team. Preparation of technical material and the realization of workshops at the customers and in educational institutions about Schaeffler products. Achievements: 2012 - Co-authoring in 8 patent registers.

South America representative of the CAD Methods Department, located in the HQ (Germany). Definition of standard-procedures of handling the CAD system; partnership with product and tools engineering on the development of templates for CAD projects automation; publication and updating of training and support documents; selection and configuration of the trainings about the CAD system; conduction of updating activities regarding Schaeffler CAD Environment to enhance the effectiveness of current users.

Working in a multidisciplinary team composed by co-workers from product engineering, tool making, samples and tools optimization. Development of sheet-metal forming tools (individual, combined, progressive, transfer). Additionally executing the function of Key-User for CAD and IT systems.

Monitoring CAD/CAM laboratory classes. Development of lessons, course books and extracurricular courses.
