This project was focused on carrying a role as Communications Lead and Social Community Manager to an organisation of 55,000 employees. One of the main achievements was to maintain a social platform with more than 500 groups and spaces, containing: news, processes, trainings, work instructions, articles, blogs, discussions, videos, photo albums, surveys, and much more.

Project description: In this project, I carried the role of Operational Process Lead and Social Community Manager to set up a single repository place for Information, News and Collaboration. The platform was targeted to more than 55,000 end-users saving then time in finding information, processes and work instructions. In cooperation with my colleague, we followed the project from A to Z, implementation, and maintenance.

•Created and implemented new ISO compliant support processes within the ITIL framework and user guides to support GM’s global IT initiatives such as transition from Lotus Notes to Windows Exchange, VPN upgrade etc. •Designed training documents, facilitated one-on-one and group training sessions in person and remotely, created web based training courses using PowerPoint and Camtasia. •Contributed to winning HDI’s Annual Team Excellence Award for External Service Desk.

•Worked with project teams to recommend and implement system improvements. •Developed all training-related solutions. •Contributed to winning HDI’s Annual Team Excellence Award for External Service Desk on behalf of the GM Global Service Desk. •Coached and mentored junior learning specialists in a variety of areas, including performance consulting, training needs analysis, instructional design and development, facilitation, levels of evaluation, program and project management, and curriculum development.
