From November 2011 Technical Support (pre and after sales) at Vismunda srl. Vismunda srl is a young company in the Italian scenario of the renewable energies. Its target is to help renewable energy system companies in entering the Italian market and becoming an important part of Italian green power revolution.

I am dealing with performance tests on the prototypic appliances built during the development of the primary projects.

Since September 2002 up to December 2007 I was in charge of Customer Support at Electrolux Professional S.p.A., Ovens Platform. I was co-ordinating the Project Planning position (1 person – interface between the Platform and the Marketing Dept. to define/analyse the budget/sell data, support for new product launching, coding of new products, special appliance support) and Technical Training & Service (2 persons)

Since 02/05/2000 up to September 2002 I was in charge of TT&S (Technical Training & Service) at Electrolux Professional S.p.A., Ovens and Modular Appliances Platforms. My job involved after sales technical support, technical trainings to engineers of the sales units or dealers, checking the quality of the appliances by means of field reports (Service Call Rate, Spare Part Top10), documentation about quality improvements made on the appliances (with or without the possibility of retrofit).

From 01/02/2000 to 28/04/2000 I worked in VDA Elettronica, a firm which was developing multimedia and room automation systems for hotels; my position was to liaise between R&D dept. and commercial dept.

From 28/12/1998 to 28/12/1999 I worked in the R&D dept. of McPerson Srl (LCD monitors and notebooks). My position involved checking of external designers and technical service and assistance to Quality Insurance and Production departments

From 03/04/1995 to 23/12/1998 I worked in the R&D dept of RHOSS S.p.A. (air conditioning and heating systems). I was responsible for the Central Heating Systems division. During this period I followed the CE certification of the gas-heated boilers, and, after their certification, I was the reference for the certifications of new products, the extensions of them and the surveillance visits on the production. I was involved also in lab tests, quality insurance and definition of specifications for new products

From 23/01/1995 to 31/03/1995 I worked with F & F CONSULTING S.A.S. - ADENA PROGETTI S.R.L.: I was a consultant in SAVIO S.R.L. (textile appliances) in Pordenone.
