I lead the development of the company's JavaScript products, ranging from large JavaScript web applications to a very versatile and highly performance-tuned script. My responsibilities include feature development, code reviews, release planning, production deployments, issue specification and prioritization.

I led the UI development teams for three Sproutcore based projects that target several devices from desktop/laptop to iPads and mobile devices. My responsibilities included feature development, code review, application architecture tasks, clarification of requirements and prioritization of tasks, among others. I have also trained 7 Sproutcore developers while occupying this position.

My responsibilities were to analyze and translate natural language requirements from the client into concrete specifications, assert work effort, assign tasks and manage resources, review code and develop ASP.NET solutions.

My role was to optimize the company's solution for speed, security and stability as much as possible. I reviewed the entire application flow and made improvements wherever I thought they were necessary. Made major improvements to both the C# and Javascript execution times of several parts of the application. Reduced HTML and CSS used by an average of 50%. Page load times were also reduced considerably in some areas. Implemented some new features to make the solution more competitive.

My role was to standardize the development process, design the implementation of new projects that were about to start, manage server configurations (both production and development), evaluate candidates, train new employees and even handle customer relations. Trained 8 new ASP.NET developers. Due to the increased quality of the software and faster turnaround time, the company was able to enter the U.S., U.K. and Swedish markets.
