I created interface and experience designs for customer service support software at an investment bank in Frankfurt. Additionally, I facilitated workshops to gather user feedback and requirements.

Starting from the bottom, BORA needs an entirely new digital landscape. This should begin with a UX audit for the current website and portals while exploring the processes behind the products and company.

I coordinate a team of 11 UX designers, estimate and manage project ressources and budget. I am still actively working as a UX and UI designer, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and designs for cross-platform products for the B2B/B2C market.

Responsible for UX and Frontend projects in cooperation with SAP (SAP Commerce Cloud B2B Accelerator). Project coordination and planning of capacities. Quotations and invoicing. Resource Management and administration.

Created experience and interface designs for B2B & B2C eCommerce websites and platforms. Native app design for iOS and Android. Showcases for SAP software and handovers for clients and developers.

Worked on CRM campaigns for Saturn and Microsoft. Designed newsletters, campaign websites and social media ads.

Worked on digital, social and traditional creative campaigns for different clients. Pitches, and goldideen. Created responsive campaign websites, banners and social media ads. Volunteered for the Award Manager position for Plan.net Campaign.

Designed my first user interface for a native application for Burger King. Worked on the Night Terror App which won four awards. Designed responsive websites, mobile applications, banner and social media ads for various clients.

Responsible for photo shoot set up, props, checking and preparing the equipment. Direct assistance to the photographer and customer support. Photographs for BMW Lifestyle and NEFF kitchens.
