As the Head of Speaker Relations for the EBS - Symposium e.V. I manage a team of 5 People to acquire high class speakers for the 31. EBS-Symposium

My Task was to restructure the Media Elements Group Sales department (Acquisition Strategy & Structure, Process optimization and CRM optimization. During my time at the Media Elements Group I was in charge in organising the Marketing X Sales Workshop (Project lead with head of marketing, organisation and moderation of the Workshop). While working on the above mentioned topics I had the lead in Sales & Strategy Controlling (Company Website QA, Sales Report QA, Escalation Management)

In my internship at Celonis, I had the task to support the Sales Team being the interface between Data Science and them. I connected the customer Data to the Celonis process mining software (using SQL and Python). Afterwards i customised the software to the customers Use-Cases using PQL. And the end of my internship I got the chance to take part in a Proof-of-Value workshop. Here I presented the software to the customer and worked closely with the customer to find inefficiencies in there core processes.

In my Internship at SAP, I made my first Steps into the Corporate World. I worked with the team of Knowledge Workspace, a Supply-Chain-incident-solver-solution. I was part of the Development operations team and took the responsibility to build Apps monitoring the current state of development and intervene if necessary using Java, SQL and linux shell scripts.
