    Light microscopy specialist

    TU Dresden

Optimal imaging using microscopes includes samples preparation, proper choice of microscopes, correct data acquisition and adequate data analysis. My job is to help the researchers through all these steps to achieve the optimal output advancing their research. We usually start with the aim, then we choose the suitable image and data processing tool based on the required imaging instruments. According to the aim and the instrumentation, we discuss together to optimize the sample preparation protocols.
