Leading a test team of 6 people. Responsible for QA testing activities, resolving problems and blockers of my teams, ensuring teams meet the deadlines. Preparing Regression Plans, leading teams during regression, monitoring bugs and tasks to be done in time. Managing Rollout of new version on Client's environments: defining testing actives, communicating with stakeholders about demands, deadlines; controlling activities for successful work. Interviewing QAs, training newcomers, providing knowledge sharing.

Training newcomers, teaching them during education and adaptation. Solving each subordinates problems and blockers. Monitoring team's work to be done in time. Composing list of tests with priority for regression testings. Practical experience in GUI, Functional, Localization, Web-services testing, System Integration Testing, requirements testing. Writing test cases and reviewing test documentation of subordinates. Reviewing bug reports of newcomers. Reporting results of Smoke Tests to QA Leads.
