o Evaluated SEWS (street theatre project) in Pakistan aimed at facilitating female employment in textile sector o Project Manager for Metro AG's social sustainability department. This included designing webinars on 'human rights due diligence' for employees in Myanmar, Croatia, Ukraine and Hong Kong. o Provided consultancy on disaster risk management for Ethiopian industrial parks o Managed project for GIZ on social compliance in Georgia and prepared 4 SME's to comply with BSCI social standards

o On-ground coordinator for GIZ's Dialogue for Change, Health & Safety for 20+ factories in Cambodia. This included coaching local consultants and creating content on social supply chain sustainability issues, OHS standards, intercultural communication etc. o Represented SUSA's work at events such as Innovation Forum(Amsterdam), East Africa Business Council (Berlin), Lab of Tomorrow(Phnom Penh) etc. o Provided finance and admin assistance for international development project

o Provided support to acquire grant from Davis Peace Project to implement a project on building tolerance amongst refugees o Coordinated the entire on-ground implementation of project including recruiting volunteers, local partners (SAYA Welfare Society) and participant o Developed trained material including content, and collaborated with Gogi Studios (leading South Asian cartoonist) to reach out to 200 children of migrant and refugee background.

o Market research and analysis on civil participatory rights for communities in the Middle-East. o Reached out to local organisations for partnership for DRI's projects, including recruitment for ongoing projects. o Provided finance and admin support for project proposals for Fiji, Pakistan and Myanmar.

o Developed linkages with local NGOs and international donors to successfully implement an ECHO funded project on water, sanitation and hygiene post floods in Pakistan. o Did local recruitment, provided project support to HWA local officer and established a physical base in the country. o Oversaw the transparent financial management of documentation and supported the team in designing and implementing surveys.
