Development of the article entitled "Toxicity of gold nanoparticles, synthesized with PAMAM-G4 in adrenal cortex tumour cells" (originally in Portuguese). Part of the team responsible for animal research, cell culture, molecular biology (PCR, real-time PCR, HPLC), synthesis and measurements of gold nanoparticles.
