Valcon Design develops methods and tools that improves timing accuracy, innovation height and design robustness in mechanical product development and teach others how to apply the method to make great designs. Student worker in Plastics Technology at Danish Technological Institute - Primarily computer-aided design of prototypes and finite element analysis of mechanical parts. - Design for manufacturing of plastic parts - Assisting in customer meetings in matching customer needs with feasible solutions.

Student worker at the Tribology Centre at the Danish Technological Institute - Batching and debatching fragile and costly items - Keeping advanced production equipment up-and-running - Operating and troubleshooting complex machinery

As part of my B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering I spent half a year as intern at Johnson Controls in Holme, where I was a part of the Compressor Development group. Here, I worked with a lot of varying tasks including: - Thorough strength calculations of pressure equipment according to EN13480 (A harmonised standard to the Pressure Equipment Directive). - Dimensioning of safety valves - Finite Element calculations of a cover plate, a sealing ring and several lifting eyes.

Elective courses and specialised subjects consisted of Advanced FEM, Optimization Algorithms, Computational Dynamics, Fracture Mechanics among others.

Specialised in Product development and materials technology during the last two semesters of my bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
