This project is a about developing a planning tool based on markov networks. When I joined, the project already had a rich history of code, people and habits. My job was to adjust processes according to Scrum again, matching the needs of the customer with those of the team. We reshaped the course of the main Scrum meetings and are shifting from VPN/VI development to a local environment, pushing continous integration and ease of development. I also helped creating and supervising an additional offshore team.

This automotive project was about WLTP. We were developing an administrative web tool, featuring Javascript/ExtJs6 in the front, middle tier JavaEE7/JDK8/JPA and Oracle12 in the storage. Again applying Scrum as an agile framework. I started out as a developer / Scrum Master of a small initialization team of seven developers. With the addition of a second and later a third development team from nearshore, I became a full-time Scrum Master of a distributed and scaled Scrum environment.

Started out as a part-time student employee to plan and implement a modular client/server-system for asset management and network infrastructure documentation. It features Html5, Javasript (JQuery and JqueryUI) on the client; Java, Spring, Hibernate and Tomcat on the server-side. Also made use of SVN (Tortoise) for source control. Changed employment to freelancer on 11/2014.

For this project I was developing car apps - mobile applications, that expose services all around your vehicle. Code was written in ObjectiveC, targeting iOS devices. Besides that, I had a hand on the development of a configurable mockserver, featuring NodeJs in the back and Javascript/JQuery in the front. For source control we were using Git (GitFlow, Sourcetree). Also got introduced to a distributed, agile environment.

For an e-learning platform I developed some interactive simulations based on Actionscript 3 and JavaScript.
