Responsibility for 6 Engineers to manage supplier incoming quality issues for the Ford vehicle plant in Cologne. Facilitate Critical Supplier Process to drive supplier quality improvement. Drive resolution of external supplier processes -1MIS through 3MIS warranty concerns- and containments with the supplier. Liason manager between STA and the Ford senior plant managment.

Responsibility for supplier caused warranty cases (Spikes, Field Service Action, standard warranty cases). Lead on technical and commercial negotiations. Lead Contact on supplier caused warranty for Ford Joint Venture Partners (Fiat, PSA, Jaguar Land Landrover, Volvo)

Leading the FoE Lean team in Cologne, Valencia and Prague. Strategic development of various lean tools to ensure efficient on site analysis and transform the identified opportunities into cost potentials.

Implementation of lean methodology into the Ford supply base. Identification of capacity and cost opportunities by using lean tools. Development of tools to transform the lean results into cost reduction

Process Engineer in central group staff in Cologne. Responsible for chassis & transmisson components produced in the Visteon plants Wuelfrath (GER), Dueren (GER), Swansea (UK), Praszka (Poland). Launch lead of various components in the production plants.

Process Engineer in central group staff for CKD operations. Support launch of vehicles in Turkey, Taiwan, Vietnam. Located in Dearborn Pilot Plant during Ford 2000 initiative to define CKD operations for commercial vehicle.

Process Engineer for Chassis & Steering Components. Development of new and efficient manufacturing processes. Planning & implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment for steering gear components.
