For almost three years I recruited global talent for Wooga – one of the most popular mobile games developers in the world. Over the years I recruited everything from Engineers to Designers to Heads of Studio. Worked with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that hiring was sustainable and focussed on quality of hire.
