As an HR Specialist at ATP Exodus &CO (Auto Division of ATP Exodus Group) I was responsible for the management of specific human resources processes: recruitment and selection, training, new employee orientation and onboarding, performance evaluation, etc.

As an Inspector at Baia Mare City Hall I was responsible for the relationship between Baia Mare City Hall and the Schools and Kindergartens in regard to cultural programs, different events, POSDRU EU financing projects.

Full life-cycle recruiting for middle and top management positions in different industries such as: Real Estate, Telecommunications, IT&C, Finance, Legal, Marketing. As a recruiter at Qualia Executive Search much of my effort was focused on finding and engaging suitable passive candidates for the job openings within our client’s company. I didn’t rely only on advertising jobs but I also did direct search, executive search, cold call, networking. and advertising.
