Andrews have 10 years extensive hands-on and technical experience in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy. In-depth knowledge of different minerals and processing techniques and have good troubleshooting skills, process control and optimisation systems. I have made significant inputs in various process systems, development of various training Manuals, work Instructions, standard work operating procedures, process flow diagrams and design, job safety analysis, safety practices and incident investigations. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, metallurgical simulations, statistical data analysis for process optimization, Visio, INX and Pronto Xi experience. I am very much focus on delivering results, able to work independently and within groups with strong interpersonal, communication skills and adaptable in new environments. With growing interest minerals process control, I am keen to specialize in minerals process data analytics, modelling, simulation, and process design.
