I lead the user experience function at eDreams ODIGEO, one of the world’s largest online travel companies, serving over 18 million customers. It is comprised of five leading brands: eDreams, Opodo, GO Voyages, Travelink and Liligo. The UX team is among the largest in Spain, comprised of 40+ UX designers, researchers, data analysts, video and brand designers. Integrated into the larger product organization, my team drives the test-and-learn capability via iterative and innovative design and research.

A multinational groceries and general merchandise retailer, I introduced UX as part of the new 'Digital Product' organization. I built a multidisciplinary UX team that supported Clubcard (the UK’s largest loyalty program), Tesco.com, hudl (7” tablet), and more.

As the head of UX for the Kindle Content organization, I led a team that supported research and design of the Kindle Book Store and Newsstand over many launches, across desktop, E-Ink devices, Kindle tablets, Kindle Fire Phone, and third-party mobile devices.

As the lead UX designer for the Kindle Device organisation, I supported online Kindle device and accessory sales. Additionally, I led and managed designers across diverse projects such as the Kindle Owners’ Lending Library, book gifting, and Kindle CloudReader.

As the sole UX designer for Amazon Web Services (AWS), key deliverables included the redesign of the public website and the introduction of the AWS Console, a web-based UI tool for cloud-based services such as EC2 and S3.
