Responsible for status updates to VP, Director of Data Management & Analytics of all new and upcoming Project Requests sent from Account Management Team. Generate, distribute and document all Project Request Forms. Organize server shared drives to help integrate knowledge base regarding “in progresses” initiatives, documentation and data analysis.

Applies regulations and policies and ensures consistency and compliance for accounts receivable data. Delegate work, and evaluate performance, ensures productivity. Prepares progress/production reports for Manager, including performance reviews. Enhance/improve existing bonus structure on an ongoing basis. Liaison and coordination of client concerns, questions – point of contact for department.  Works with clients to identify the most efficient means of receiving, and uploading data.

Provide vacation relief for staff acting as agency situated at MS. Including Reporting, processing data using Access queries preparing data for Direct Mailings and Email Campaigns. Assess data and execute data cleansing logic to help improve response rate and decrease overall deployment costs. Quality assurance on final data output ensuring results meet client business rules.
