Guiding a team to 20 Network Engineers Contribution :  Voluntary engagement in Client CDM Upgrade & testing (Management Network) : 65 hours to complete.  Involvement with 3G Testing.  Conducted several CCNP trainings for Employees  As a part of Event Optimisation effort, did a thorough analysis on utilization activity, which helped in reducing the number of events by ~5000/month.
