My responsibilities include taking care of the official International and German social media channels as well as the official fashion instagram channel. I need to ensure customers are responded to in a timely manner and that complaints are passed on to the correct department and handled accordingly. In order to have the latest information available and to improve on my problem solving skills, I am building networks with different departments and business contacts within the Daimler AG worldwide.

Here I had to learn how to achieve 5 star standards and ensure everything I did was done to perfection. This required a lot of attention to detail when cleaning many rooms in a small amount of time.

I travelled to Costa Rica for a month and volunteered in the jungle to teach the local children and adults how to speak English. I also went on conservation surveys and lead some of them myself.

I was given the responsibility of opening and closing the pub, as well as being promoted to shift leader. I had responsibilities such as checking the money and ensuring we met the standards of income for the company. During my work here I had to manage my team and ensure all my customers were happy. This involved a lot of time management as well as social skills and communication so all the jobs were done to a high standard.
