My role involves the support of the acumen and mirrorball instruments and I work primarily with our European customers. I’m responsible for off-site instrument demonstrations, training and support. I’m also involved in new assay development to generate new protocols for our customers. I promote awareness of our product range by delivering scientific seminars and through publications in the appropriate scientific/industry publications, as well as writing scientific content for our corporate literature.
