In this rol, I have been focussing om coaching & mentoring (Agile) teams at ANWB. As Agile team coach, I have been coaching the Agile roles one-on-one and the whole team in communication improvements, conflict handling, Agile values like how to stay focussed, team personalities etc. I coached teams working Scrum and/or Kanban. I use Patrick Lencioni's 'Five (dys)Functions of a Team' to assess, analyse and plan my actions. A big part of team coaching is personal coaching.

As part of the Agile transformation team focussed on agility at ANWB, I had to find answers to questions like: What were the outcomes of the Agile Transformation till now? And what's next? ANWB is in transformation to an Agile organisation since 2013. I organised competence programs for Scrum team rols like Scrum Masters and Product Owners and Management teams with how to go further with the transformation.

At Rabobank I have been an Agile Consultant and Coach within IT Infra. There assignment as Agile Consultant and Coach was to coach up to six teams at the Cyber Defence Center including their management team of 3 managers to adapt Agile and Lean practices and principles. The assignment included tactical and operational implementation.

Within Prowareness we were supported to think about new movements, innovations or logical next steps. Until some years ago, Agile wasn't really known within marketing. That is why I started the PoE within Prowareness to help marketing and thus Agile teams in general to keep up working Agile. Therefore, my colleague Rosanne and me developed two trainings for marketers and everyone interested in how Agile looks like in Marketing - Agile Marketing Foundation & Advanced Training.

Within Prowareness I started as part of the South-West team supporting companies within the south-west region of The Netherlands. Our mission was to help those businesses to become and stay agile and to become responsive.
As an Agile Coach at Portbase B.V. I have been responsible to coach within the transition to Agile. Furthermore, I have been coaching the other Scrum Masters as well as business and staff departments. I helped the Agile Transition Community to help transition the company. Next to this I have had my own team’s which I supported as Scrum Master.

When starting at ANWB, I officially started as Technical project leader at ANWB Online as it has not yet started it’s Agile Transition. Being familiar to working the Agile way, I started acting in the role of Scrum Master naturally. The knowledge and position of Technical project leader helped me initiating and leading the transformation of the processes a lot. As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I coached and facilitated diverse teams to think and act agile ANWB-wide.

Kontext E GmbHI already started working at Kontext E parallel to my study. At Kontext E, I have been part of a cross-functional software engineering team of six. We were working applying the Extreme Programming approach (XP) and later adopting Scrum. I mainly have been working as Java developer and engineer, but I also did requirement and system analysis, UX, database design, Front-end development and architecture design and strategies.
