At Ewals, I am mainly responsible for process improvements at our Financial Share Service Center. In addition to that, I am the Treasurer of the Ewals Group and therefore responsible to control and ensure daily liquidity. My main tasks include: Continues Improvement Projects/ KPI Dashboards/ Key-user and System Administrator/ Testing new releases until go-live decision/ Technical specifications in conjuction with IT/ Implement new offices system wise/ Training programs/ Liquidity Management/ Cash Pooling

As a self-employed sales person, I sold Tupperware products via a home-party system. As Team Manager, my main tasks included: Personnel responsibility/ Recruitment and training of own team/ Training presentations for other colleagues/ Self- and time management/ Efficient planning/ High communication and presentation skills

Bachelor Thesis about the analysis of the O2C-process: "Cash is King". Used methods: GAP, Root-Cause and FMEA analysis. Used tools: Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Business Process Stapling. Visualization through: Fishbone/ Ishikawa, swim lane diagrams and process mapping.

Operational Support in year-end Closing

During my internship, I was working on: Process-analysis/ Project Management and Controlling / Support in Cost Centre Calculations and Planning/ Determination of financial KPI's for tenders/ Work Placement Report about Project Controlling: "Time waits for no Man".
