-Work with key public policy-makers, business leaders, think-tanks and senior academics, leveraging the Forum’s events and initiatives, to foster an increasingly more relevant Latin America community. - Managed the Global Agenda Council on Latin America in Abu Dhabi, coordinated a series of meetings with the Mexican G20 representatives, helped produce key reports on regional and country strategies, while also delivering valuable input to the program for the annual Latin America meeting in 2012.

- Was fast-tracked from an administrative position to a leadership role as Community Manager. - Increased the number of Global Growth Company (GGC) members from six to more than twenty in less than two years and with only 20% of my assigned time. - Under extremely challenging circumstances, worked as the trusted deputy of the Regional Director during the annual Latin America event in Rio 2011 (700 participants).

- Acted as the participant liaison and main contact person for Colombia’s co-organising body, during the annual Latin America event, while engaging sponsors and coordinating the programme development process.

- Under very tight deadlines, worked as the primary participant liaison in a series of multi-stakeholder events in Jordan, Egypt, Mexico Brazil and China. - As part of a team of five people, my main responsibilities included the development of the communications strategy, the design of invitations, participant logistics and registration, payment collection, and the preparation of meeting documentation, for events ranging from 200 to 1,600 participants.

Worked in the sales department, analysing and negotiating prices, while bringing in new clients and searching for new sales opportunities. Concentration on Asian markets, namely Korea and Japan, with additional exposure to the US. Involved in all daily aspects of beef exports, from quality control, product specification, shipment, and trading protocols, to client liaison and negotiation. Business travel to both the US and Asia.

Worked with the Agricultural Negotiations Delegate. Attended all meetings relating to the topics of Agriculture, Customs Valuation, Rules of Origin, Market Access, Non-Agricultural Market Access (NAMA), Textiles and Trade Facilitation.
