Support innovation process, define market opportunities (interaction with value chain key players and development partners), participation to conferences and trade fairs.

Design of product offer; single point of contact for multiple stakeholders; coordination and implementation of products & processes; production cost analysis, benchmarking; customer support: presentation of innovations, quality support. Regulatory watch for household products and medical devices; implementation of changes in the legislation across the complete product portfolio. Elaboration of product dossier for new and existing detergents, management of non-conformances and consumer complaints.
