  Elections in Russia are taking place with a lot of irregularities and fraud. We decided to build a system to help find abuses. I organised a CV team. We developed a system for counting unique voters and identifying stuffing of ballot boxes. The big problem was dirty data from incorrectly installed webcams. We developed system using YoLo. However, webcams were removed from polling stations before the election.
