Develops new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations. Planning, budgeting, and implementing Engineering infrastructure projects.

Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems. Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Installing and configuring new hardware and software. Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords,etc. Answering technical queries and assisting users.

Maintains hardware and software on servers and client workstations. Ordering and installation servers hardware. Vendors: HP, IBM.

Technical support to personal computer and PC network users. Addresses and resolves hardware, software and customer issues.
