Aya Dimassi

Hi, my name is Aya and I have just graduated from Tunis Business School holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Business Analytics as a major. I am an analytical thinker, fast learner, and good communicator. I have learned the Python and R programming languages in the context of Data Science school projects. I am experienced, as well, in working with Ms Excel and Ms SQL server. As a Business Analyst intern, I manipulated an important amount of Data, created new variables, used DAX queries to map the Data and created multiple dashboards to visualize them using Power BI software. During my senior thesis, I created a planning tool for a call center to plan optimally the number of agents each hour using the Erlang Theory. I, also, forecasted the number of incoming calls using the Time Series Analysis techniques. I am interested in the Data Science and Business Intelligence domains and eager to learn more in my first permanent job. So, hire me.
