Line Department – 2007/ 2009 Following up the vessel operations under our t/c (daily notices, checking the cgo docs, ordering bunkers etc). Preparing cash flow statements,voyage instructions. Voyage calcs for the fixtures. Monthly/yearly calcs/results for all the vessels under our t/c. Laytime/demurrage calculations. Providing pd/a’s and remitting them. Preparing the freight/dem invoices. Postfixture 2005/ 2007 Preparing all the c/p’s of the fixtures of dry and tanker chartering departments.

Following up the vessels’ positions, providing proforma d/a’s for the ports which the vessels will/intended to call, to follow up the arrangements of the payments of same, and to follow up the finals. Voyage calculations for the fixtures of the vessels on voyage basis. Monthly/yearly calculations/results for the vessels. Demurrage calculations.
