Managing the supplier relations after the purchasing level. Managing and controlling the dispatches from the key suppliers like tire, shaft, wheel etc. on monthly, weekly and daily bases. Regulating the manufacturing and dispatch volumes of the suppliers. Solving the supply and logistics problems. Arrange monthly visit to the supplier for readiness inspections. Executing Six Sigma projects about the supply chain management and logistics business.
