- Lead a group of ambitious experts to realize ASML's CS business targets. - Optimize the P&L based on service contracts for each operational activities. - Responsible for cost efficiency and improvement ideas for DUV WS module. - Identifying service business opportunities. - Organize actions with focus on quarterly cycle operation. - Determine staffing needs for the team.

- Lead Node Transition Projects (NTP) in state of the art semiconductor fabs worldwide. - Determine customer's key technology challenges. - Drive for in-time customized solutions to support ASML customer’s node strategy. - Defining ASML's target markets and their requirements. - Demonstrating ASML's products benefits to customers. - Strategy development to stretch lithography beyond its specification. - Executing business development plans. - Support new product introduction (NPI) to field.

- Design and develop of subsystems within the limits of system specs. - Define functionality roadmap development plans and new system qualification. - Project planning and Risk assessment - Wafer metrology and overlay analysis - Reticle design for metrology OPP applications. - Onsite (D&E) & NPI support: South Korea, Taiwan, USA, Japan and Germany.
