 Working in the International Labeling Group and providing labeling support for different countries.  Supporting Labeling Managers by maintaining documentation in GDMS, PfLEET, and other digital systems.  Helping creation of Country Labeling Documents.  Ad hoc support for labeling deliverables.  Creating a monthly dashboard.

 Created adverse event reports in ArisG from different sources like a clinical trial, social media or patient support program.  Communicated daily with HCPs and patients for follow up cases.  Assisted Medical Information Officer as a backup team member.  Contributed development of digital tools, for example, a new form was created for the website.  Experienced the launch of a new digital system in reporting adverse events.

 Assisted Marketing Manager of Preanalytical Systems  Communicated with agencies for different marketing materials, for example, a new catalog was created.  Prepared the sales and unit budget reports.  Supported field team for congress process and marketing operations.

 Long term internship at Medical Information and Drug Safety Unit  Responded to enquires from healthcare professionals.  Reviewed literature and data.  Assisted Medical Managers and MSLs.  Helped renew of the webform which increased the quality of business processes.
