As a Customer Service Specialist I was working with different translators as well as being in contact with our business clients. On the daily basis I was preparing quotes for our clients and monitoring the process of different translations.
In Reserved I was taking care of customer service in terms of trade, exchanges, complaints and returns. I was also supporting visual merchandiser in their chores. This job unabled me to expand my knowledge in the filed of customer service.
