Über mich
I grew up in Switzerland, in an environment where respect, dedication, and reliability are seen as core traits. Additionally, during my time in Hong Kong, where I graduated from the German Swiss International School (Abitur diploma), my interest in politics, in economics and for social issues increased. I learned to understand and evaluate information at a rapid pace and to think critically thanks to a top education in an international setting. While being a student, I showed my dedication and team spirit through various positions in my school community and my rugby team. These experiences not only showed me the importance but rather the necessity of comradeship, collaboration, and communication. During my work experiences in various companies and working in the Alps, I moreover showed that I always give my best and do my utmost to understand my job and the company I work for to contribute and add value.

Special Forces Soldier

My experience at the Special forces training center (AZSK) in Isone taught me the power of one's dedication. Various hardships and constant pain showed me how far you can get solely with your will. Furthermore, I have been instructed in the protection of our population and our country while being formed as a command echelon soldier. Subsequently, I am one of three who have been chosen to work with the higher commanding officers of the special forces command (KSK).
PCC is a further developed version of the HR department. As my company has 16 offices all around the world, I have to be globally connected. This majorly enhances the depth of the work I do. While helping out with documentations, I also take part in coaching. For example, learning about OKRs and SCRUM and helping the company to implement these techniques in the company to further enhance the connectivity and engagement through all offices and countries.
