• Pack, repack boxes of fruit for distribution • Attention to detail, as specific as decimal places • Maintain a clean and clear working environment • Correct skill for repetitive heavy lifting • Responsible for ‘recovery’ at the end of each shift e.g. Sweeping, putting pallets away, securing cold rooms • General interaction with customers to encourage sales • Knowing information about products, buyers and growers • Temperature testing fruit • Complete paper work on quality of fruit
